Process description:
The previously separated, dry and clean product is deposited in the hopper of the elevator, elevated and dosed to the peeler, where the peeling is carried out by compressed air and cleaning by means of a vacuum cleaner that sucks the waste.
Then, the peeled product falls into the hopper of a second elevator, which raises it and moves it to the selection belt, where the manual inspection of the clove is performed, thus finalizing the process and obtaining a finished product, clean and without injuries .
The Line of Automated Peeling, allows reduction of labor and time, achieving greater efficiency and profitability in the production.
It is recommended for Medium and Large Producers as well as Processing Plants in general.

TURBO Peeling Machine

Process description: 
Peeling is performed by injecting compressed air dosed by controlled injectors. An Electromechanical dosing moves the product from the hopper to a rotor which turns to the nozzle block where the peel is removed. The waste is sucked and accumulated in an outer bag. The Peeled clove comes out through the discharge channel.
The finished product is undamaged and the process efficiency is 95%.
